A great quiz was had last night!!

3/4 of the pub was taken just for our little old quiz, it's a beauty to behold.

So many prizes were won including £50 for first place, congratulations Towats taking first place.

£20 bar tab for Fuzzy Duck for coming second place.

Inflatable banana ahead of Creamfields next weekend, won by the appropriately named "Team Name"

Of course the valiant defeat of last place wins the golden spoon.

A great time had by all and we also had two birthdays!! Complimentary birthday cake was obligatory, alongside the ultimate embarrassment of the whole pub singing happy birthday.

To be in for the chance to win some cash and have a great evening, you have to be in it to win it. Play Your Cards Right sits at £90, up for grabs next week.

Tomorrows Thursday and you know what that means... Quiz at the Beaumont!

This week we've got a special ask. Sarah's friend has hired 3 trucks to drive to Poland on Saturday. Transporting essential supplies kindly donated to the Ukrainian refugees who so badly need the support.

Tomorrow, if you have any blankets, warm clothing, sanitary products, nappies, canned or dry foods spare... Please bring it with you.

If all else fails, a small donation means that Sarah and Dom can buy some essentials that can also to be shipped.

Any help you can provide will mean the world to those that have lost everything.

Thank you all for joining us at our first quiz of the year! It was amazing to be back.

It was great to see some returning teams and some new teams joining the mix.

Open the box wasn't won last night, meaning the prize goes up to £50. 12 keys, one unlocks the box to release the cash. Once we hit £100 a key will be taken away every 2 weeks.... Unless of course it's won before then!!

The giant champagne inflatable was won yesterday for guessing closest to this week's Guinness Book of Record: Fastest time to finish a bowl of spaghetti. 26.69 seconds.... Our closest guess was 9.45 seconds.
