We really enjoyed making these for last weeks amazing 21st celebration, they matched the festival theme perfectly. Bright and vibrant wasabi crackers with hot smoked salmon, beetroot ketchup and wasabi mayonnaise.

This was a firm favourite yesterday, our miniature christmas Yule log made with chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.
