This is roughly our 12th non scripted show we have wrapped up on along side the crew (currently filming our 13th) For us this was probably our most challenging job to date in terms of logistics and organisation. We were serving nearly 900 meals each day over two 1hour dinner services with only a 3hour window between each service (sometimes 2.5hrs depending how quickly contestants were eliminated😜) It takes some serious organisational skills in terms of ordering, menus, timings and cooking and of course we always cook every single dish fresh on site each day in our kitchen truck, with our little crew of 4 and our 2-3 casual staff on larger jobs.
It was definitely a challenge we were made for and are so proud to have accomplished each show.
We have to say we love working alongside all the teams involved in these shows and we are so grateful for all the craic along the way as well as the overwhelming support we receive from you all each time.🙌🙌

Salt and Chilli Crispy Shredded Pork served with Egg Fried Rice and Spicy Sweet and Sour Szechuan Sauce. Topped with a Crisp Asian Salad

Obviously we had a vegan and a veggie option but we didn’t get a minute to photograph those 🙃
