This customer has absolutely brightened up my day. She wanted a vibrant hanging basket for her nan. I don’t think customers realise how much time, mess and effort it takes doing these around 2 young children.
I would really appreciate it if instead of ignoring and blocking me on day of delivery and payment that you have the decency to apologise and cancel.
