Say it ain't so! 😭

The Prestige Events team regrets to inform you that we will be postponing Velocity 4 until next year.

We originally had enough teams to make for a fun rally, but we've had too many teams drop-out in the past few weeks, and there's not enough of you left to run the event.

For those of you who paid your deposit, we will be issuing refunds, via e-transfer, in the next 48 hours.

We are very sorry to cancel the event. We were excited about it too!

⚠️RALLY UPDATE!⚠️

We are a month out and we unfortunately didn't meet our numbers to book the hotel for the overnight Lake Louise rally, BUT THE RALLY WILL STILL GO ON!

We will change VELOCITY 4 to become a single-day rally. We are keeping the format the same if we can get 16+ teams, but will revert back to the traditional format if we have less.

We've recently learned that Highway 93 to Radium, as well as the Trans-Canada Highway (on the B.C. side), both require Snow & Mud rated tires after October 1st. With our event falling after that date, we have made the decision to move our overnight stop to Lake Louise. Though the hotel and dinner is a bit more expensive, there will be no additional costs to rally teams, and the entry fee will remain the same. We're looking forward to another fantastic rally this Fall! See you all in a few short months!

Psst! Registration opens this Saturday!

Before you register though, on Velocity 4 we'll be grouping teams into factions of four cars on the event. If there's anyone you want to be grouped together with (and working alongside, instead of against), please make sure you note that on your registration form.

Velocity 4 will have the same format as previous events, but you're no longer competing individually, you're competing as a group! 😉

We're pumped to be back for 2023! Who's excited to join us on our new Head2Head rally later this year?

The plan is to host the rally in late August or early September.

Dates, route and registration info will be released later this month.

INTRODUCING HEAD2HEAD!

Starting in Calgary, multiple teams of 4 cars will face off against each-other in a showdown style event! Participants will be divided into groups, ahead of the event. At the start line, teams will get to strategize and appoint a team leader. Teams will battle it out for navigational and challenge supremacy on this two-day event!

Each group of four cars will receive points based on their ability to delegate tasks, work collectively and sabotage their opposition. In the end, one team will reign supreme!

Teams will receive a list of tasks at the start line. Some tasks will need to be completed by one member of your team, where others will require your entire team of four cars to be present. It's all up to you on how you want to delegate these tasks. There will also be opportunities to sabotage other factions along the way.

The event will cost approximately $850 per team of two. Your entry includes:
• One night accommodations for 2 people
• Lunch & Dinner on day 1/ Lunch on day 2
• Surprise half-day group excursion
• Route cards
• Prestige Events Hats
• Vehicle decals
• Awards Ceremony

Dates and Route are still TBD. More information will be released in the coming weeks, along with event registration. We expect that this event will take place in late August or early September.
