I’m not sure what to say after the year that has been .. but it’s so good to be cooking again .. our local pub is opening a cafe and we are so happy to be part of it and putting our love into the menu .. is just down the road and the owners have put so much of their heart into it .. is their new baby and it opens this week on Thursday 🥰

Hot days = cool platters and salads .. our recent catering for an intimate back yard wedding of 20 fine folk .. such a buzz to see the bride and groom still eating it the next morning, saying ‘this is great tucker’ when we collected the platters .. we even were locked in for the groom’s 50th later in the year!

A good dog deserves a good bone and Big Dog deserved the best.. Adam Laws was our friend and had our backs from day one .. He visited us on the mid north coast to support our new venture.. and always kept us within reach .. The world was bleak this last week when we found out he had passed .. He was much loved .. RIP Big Fella you will be sorely missed but not forgotten .. 🤗😢🌟
