“After deciding on each other, the best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Rose + Roma weddings to plan it. Lindsay was an incredible support and our wedding day was not only beautiful, but for us it was serene and joyful. My husband and I both work demanding full-time jobs and while we wanted to have a wedding, we also wanted to focus on having fun. Neither of us had a specific vision for the day necessarily (we wanted it to be nice and fun!) and neither of us has much appetite for party planning. Lindsay and Kirsten lined up vendors for us to choose from, went with us to meet with vendors and tour venues, and overall made the wedding day seamless. When my friend was sick the day of the final gown fitting, Lindsay drove 2 hours to attend the appointment and learn how to bustle the gown. We can’t even speak to the full extent of the strings Lindsay was pulling in the background on our wedding day, because she shielded us from all the fuss. We just know that when we needed her, she was there and always prepared. She was a joy to work with and we recommend Rose + Roma to anyone who dreams of a wedding but not of taking on a second job or learning an entirely new skillset to make it happen.”

There were no Sunday Scaries here yesterday. There is just something about hanging with extended family, setting off fireworks, and eating all the best BBQ food that just makes us happy 😊

It never ceases to amaze us how fast the wedding season goes. Two months are already behind us but we have really only dipped our toes into the shallow end. The end of Summer and Fall months are going to really be the firework show finale. 🎆🎇

With that being said, we can still sneak some last minute Wedding Management into August and October. Let’s chat and see if we are your people! 🍾

As I download the album from our first wedding of the year, I am reminded of what an amazing day it was. It was every wedding planner’s dream. The couple was magical, they picked a vendor team who really focused on creating a fun atmosphere, the venue was like stepping into Beauty and the Beast ballroom, the wedding party and guests were such a great group, and the modern but elegant decor really wrapped the day together.

I left the night after big hugs from the couple and smiles on everybody’s faces. This is what we do it for. It is an amazing experience being a part of such an important occasion. Looking forward, we start our “season” in just under two weeks. We have established such great relationships with our couples for this year and a lot of the vendors too. We can’t wait to dive in and take you along for the ride!

It doesn’t matter if your wedding party consists of 20 people or if you just have a couple friends getting hair and makeup done with you in the morning. What we can say is you need your squad…the person who has the perfect playlist, the person who brings that extra bottle of champagne just in case, and the people who will hype you up as we fluff your dress to go down the aisle. Make sure you have those people around you on your wedding morning 🥂
