As part of our Personal Development arm, we are excited to introduce you to one of our coaches, Eadren Tan.

Based in Singapore, Eadren is an experienced manager, consultant, facilitator and executive coach of over 10 years, combining a strong background in people development with her previous experience in marketing and communications.

Recently, she has been nominated by the National Youth Council Singapore to mentor youths, and also sits on the council of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Asia Pacific.

Workplace wellness has grown to mean much more than a free lunch. Today’s workforce demands wellness, and without it, are willing to seek an employer that makes it a priority.
