I don't know about you, but I try to follow the old-school rules about getting 3-5 fruits and veggies into my meals or as a snack each day. Sometimes it can get boring to eat the same veggies the same way all the time, so I'm always looking for new and simple ways to prep and serve my fruits and vegetables to myself and my family.
