Did you know that when you rent The Barn for special events, tables and chairs are included?

We provide you with up to 150 white folding chairs and a variety of round and rectangular tables for your seating needs whether you're having a large outdoor wedding or a small corporate meeting indoors.

We also have add-ons such as a large 6 burner BBQ, a Yamaha sound system, and a digital photobooth to make your event even more memorable!

The Barn is available for private functions, corporate groups, retreats and large special events, with or without accommodations.

The Barn will be hosting a 4 part concert series this Summer and Fall which will feature local and travelling BC artists.
The first in the series will be happening August 2nd at 7pm.
Join us for Danny Bell and his Disappointments with special guest Robbie Aylesworth.
This particular evening will be family friendly (mature youth only please) and alcohol free. We feel there aren't enough venues or events that our up and coming musicians are able to attend and would like to provide some opportunities to include them in.

Thank you for understanding :)

Light refreshments will be provided.

$20 per person, please message us to confirm your spot early as seating is very limited. Etransfer is required to confirm.

We still have some vendors to announce but we've been a bit preoccupied with preparing for a possible flood here at Hidden Acres. We've been hard at work making sure we do what we can to stay dry and havent had much time to think about anything else.
We appreciate your support and patience :)

PS - weve sold over half our tickets already so if you've been procrastinating, you should really head on down to Unbound Gear & Apparel, The Fix Cafe and Cyclery or Wheelhouse Brewing Company and grab yours this coming week or you might miss your chance!

Important info for all applicants below:

Important announcement for those who have already applied to be a performer or a vendor:

Check your emails! We have just sent out an email to all vendor and performer applicants letting you know that we have received your applications. This is only a confirmation letter at this point, not an approval letter yet. Thank you for your patience :)

If you applied but DID NOT receive an email confirmation this morning (from: [email protected]) please message us right away and we will send you the application a different way. Make sure to check your junk folder too.
Google forms has not been 100% reliable in getting all submissions to us and we want to make sure everyone who has applied or wants to apply will be considered when we close the applications in 3 days.

Yes, there are only 3 days left to apply :O

What better location to have FARM FEST than right here on a farm with a big red barn?
There will be two stages running the whole day so we can fit in a ton of talent!
We will have our main stage outdoors under "The Farm Stand" for the full bands looking to knock our socks off with big sound and energy and get us dancing!
The second stage is found upstairs in The Barn and has beautiful acoustics where we will feature smaller groups and solo performers looking for a captive audience to share their songs and sounds with.
There will be something for everyone at this years FARM FEST 2022 Backyard Bands and Brews.

Last night was our first wedding of 2022 and it couldn't have been more beautiful.
Congrats to the lucky couple who tied the knot last night after Covid put a few minor kinks in their plans along the way!

All set up for friends and family to come together to remember a loved one. The rain was a little unforgiving at times, but that’s what tents are for.

Yesterday we hosted what was officially our very first event at The Barn since completing the renovations.
It was a beautiful celebration of life and the weather held out just long enough. It was an honour to be able to offer space and hold space for a day of remembering.

We've been very busy this season showing The Barn to couples and families looking for the perfect venue for their special day. Although we aren't quite finished yet and the photos reflect that, we really wanted to give everyone a visual update and let you know we are still working hard to give this area a beautiful and unique space for small to medium sized indoor/outdoor events!

A beautiful, warm and welcoming open space with a pellet stove, Bar area, loft (for staging extra lights, video or sound equip) and space to seat up to 60 people in various configurations.
Access from either the front or back deck as well as from inside. 3 bathrooms are found on the lower level, 1 of which is wheelchair accessible. This level however, is not wheelchair accessible.

A little live music and an interview in The Barn about our future event, Farm Fest - Bands, Brews and BBQ.
Although it was already supposed to take place in July 2020, we will have to wait patiently for the day we can safely throw a big awesome party and listen to live music, drink local beer, eat amazing BBQ and hug all our friends!
In the meantime here’s a teeny tiny teaser featuring Jon and Jaclyn.
