We have been hard at work remodeling our food trailer to better serve you. We hope to finish our renovations over the next couple of months, we will return stronger than ever! We can’t wait to serve you all again!

For many, many reasons we have decided that Greener Pastures and Grazing/Charcuterie is an amazing concept yet, we must better plan and prepare to deliver the best and most honest products to you. We hope to return to the concept in the future. We appreciate your support more than you could ever know.

We will be in Prince George County at the Harborblast Concert and event venue tomorrow, Sunday October 22nd. Supporting the Petersburg Fire Department in their efforts to raise money for children’s scholarships. We will donate 10% of our profits to the cause, come check out our new concept and support a great cause. The doors open at 3!

Slight change of plans folks! The Chili Cookoff we entered has been postponed, so we cooked the chili to serve to you all at The River Street Market in Petersburg, tomorrow from 9-Noon! We will also have a few other options.
$10 gets you a cup of chili worthy to take home a prize, and a tray of toppings! We even made hot sauce!

Next up we will be at the Chili Cookoff at Harborblast on Saturday, October 7th. Come taste several regional chefs best chilis and vote on your favorite, even if it is better than ours! We will also have options for those of you who don’t care for chili!

We took today to get a few things done inside, while the hurricane brushed over us. Wood burned some signage, then designed and printed business cards and menus! We used Recycled Cardstock for the business cards!

This book has become my guide for the future of Greener Pastures! It’s an awesome book, so informative and yet genuine! We aspire to prepare most of the ingredients we serve from scratch, including cured meats! We hope to get started curing and smoking this Winter!
Charcuterie can be defined as Cured Meats, although we often think of the spread that is presented on a board. That would debatably be considered Antipasto, but we like to call it Grazing!

•Well the jelly isn’t that spicy, the base is fire roast Red Bell Peppers, the heat comes from a combination of secret spices.
•It contains no Gelatin, making it Vegetarian (it’s also great over Hummus).
• It’s versatile! Zach loves to dip his Eggrolls and Crab Rangoon in it!

We have been super busy with life and getting this business rolling, but today we took the time to finally take photos of the food before eating it!
Here is our Bruschetta Crostini. Made with Tomato Jam 🍅 , melted fresh Mozzarella cheese 🧀 , atop toasted baguette 🥖 . These are a crowd favorite and staple on our menu, and one of our many Vegetarian 🌱 options.

We are very excited to announce our first event! June 23rd we will be serving at Indian Fields Tavern with The Deloreans Band playing in the barn!!!
Zach worked at Indian Fields years ago soon after they reopened, it’s amazing to see how far the owners Pat and Debbie have brought it! And he is very fortunate and excited to return!
