It was on a beautiful morning and the sun was just starting it's journey...... Nature itself gives you that courage to relax....... Another weekend is here and I hope all are trying to de-stress and prepare for another week ahead. Relax!!!!! stress will affect your relationships with friends, families and love ones, it will affect your relationship with coworkers but most importantly your health. Take time out enjoy everything around you. Play as much as you can, get as much of nature as you can. The sunlight, the natural air, and off course the sandy beach. We are blessed Gambia.
