“Wild Geese” by Mary Oliver has been my favorite poem for over six years. I hope it reaches you like it does me, a reminder to reconnect with others, Mother Nature, and yourself.
A fun place to learn more about my music.

Lately I’ve been thinking on the nature of romantic love and why we love certain people. I don’t really have any conclusions yet, but I found this quote that made me think about how often I (and others) have been hurt by a partner. It made me think of how we all still crave love, whether we’re ready for it or not. Then at some point, we put ourselves out there again, knowing the risk. And I think that’s beautiful.
I used to think I’d know myself completely one day and that’d be it, but every few months I feel lost again. It seems figuring yourself out is a lifelong thing. I’ve started looking at this cycle as a gift where I get to learn new things about the world and how I fit into it. This quote reminded me of that. I’m hoping it does for others, too ❤️
Here’s to normalizing saying the truth of how we feel; instead of mental distress pushing someone away, I hope one day, it will bring friends closer together. You’re never alone if you only ask for help ❤️
It’s always a good day for sparklesss
You’re like the taste of sunshine, if it didn’t burn my tongue 🤷♀️
So blue
You have as much time as you need to get everything done. I’ve been working on finals, and I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish everything, but the work seems to adjust to the time I have. Whatever is keeping you busy, you got this! (Arwin thinks so too!)
“I make art to show my soul I am listening.” -unknown
Trust the process :). It’s got your back.
Trust the process, and go slow.
I’m done feeding my fears. What emotions are you feeding in the New Year?
So you shouldn’t either!
It’s time to live your own ❤️.
“I’ve become more and more selfish about what it is I want to do… if you make yourself happy, a little bit of sunshine can spread onto others.” - David Bowie
“Learning to listen to yourself begins with questioning what you’re told.” - Srinivas Roa
Why should you even do this? Everyone thinks of giving up. Right now, I know I won’t, but I’m having that conversation with myself, asking, what if I just walk away?
I’ve been trying to have the mindset of, whatever happens, it shouldn’t matter. I’ll be ok. When I think of what my life would be like, giving up my dreams, I find myself imagining I’d be less stressed, and yeah, I’d be ok. Still, something would be missing. And so, I can’t walk away. I have to have the courage to believe that with this choice, too, I’ll be ok.
You’re stronger than you think. Leave a comment if you need encouragement and I’ll DM you ❤️.
Let’s be clear (cause the mirror is not 😂), today’s a great day to take no prisoners.
Change never gets easier, and each year, I welcome it less and less because it feels like it happens to me. Maybe it’s time to both look at change as a gift and also be the force of change.

In making music, and in life in general, it’s good to take care of yourself so you can best focus on your craft, growing that foundation of skills. That way, when you’re being asked to make a tough decision or you’re rejected, you know your worth.
You. Are. Valuable.
Always ❤️
Are you a dreamer or a planner?
“I am out with lanterns, looking for myself.” — Emily Dickinson.
All the time I make a life change, thinking it’s the answer to the end of this need I have to keep searching for something. So far, those choices have not led to the end, but to new searches.
This quote reminded me of this process I keep going through. It also reminded me, I carry my own lantern. I am my own light, no matter where I go, I am always with myself, choosing which opportunities I bathe in light, or keep in shadow. Having this feeling is super empowering because it gives me emotional control over my future.
So, are you still looking for yourself, or are you found? (If you’re found, please tell us your secret to how you did it 🥰).

Take the leap into something new! If you don’t, you may always wonder “what if.” But, what if it is the best thing that ever happened? If not, you’ll still be where you are now.
But who else is scared of the ocean?

Electric Lunch, but only one minute 🤫. Oh well! More to come soon. And yes, sometimes I make a bass face still 😂. These videos are part of the first mini-set I’ve put together. I’m working on creating a “slow build” set, that starts with afrohouse and works it’s way up to electro house. I’m also planning on putting my mini-set on mixcloud in the upcoming weeks 😊, so keep them eyes 👀 open! Any song suggestions for my newer, longer, better, faster set? You know it, comment below 👇 ! (Sending me a DM also works 😉)
Who’s feeling electric? Coming from a bass head background, house music sometimes feels “soft,” but I find electro house is a good barrier bender. Reminds me a bit of dubstep, and, mixed with future house, still gets those feels going. (Don’t get me wrong, I’ve struggled with finding a good music workflow until I started djing and producing house music, it’s my new vibe; BUT, I will never forget dubstep ❤️).
