Good evening. Just a few things I'd like to mention before service tomorrow. As most of you know, we aim to make sure you have a positive experience each time you visit us. These are just some housekeeping notes we wanted to share. We appreciate everyone for helping us with these requests. See you soon! 😊

1. If you see the serving window closed, this means we have not yet opened for service. If you see us parked at a location earlier than scheduled, we are getting prepared and ready for service. Please do not come to the back door of the trailer. We MUST make sure we are health dept ready each time we serve and we like to ensure we are organized. Please allow us the time needed to make this happen.

2. We will only have what's posted on the menu for the day. If additional items are available, we will post them and or inform you at the time of service.

3. Please be patient. Many of the orders are large. We will not trade speed for quality, however we will move as fast as we can to get your food out. Rushing will cause orders to be incorrect and we want you to have a positive experience. If you happen to experience anything other than, please let us know and we will do all that we can to make it right.

4. Finally, please do not leave notes taped on the outside of the Food trailer with your order and personal information and or please do not leave notes on the windshield of the truck with orders. We will not be able to accommodate these requests. We will happily take your order once we open. Thanks so much for understanding.
