𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒚𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒙𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒚 • A little red.  Mostly puffy. Days like this are hard. My body doesn't feel like myself, and my eyes don't see the world the same as it usually does.
𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒚𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑰 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘. • And for that; they are nonetheless beautiful. Because only in beauty can you endure the hardest battles, and come out stronger on the other end. I don't expect to win every day's battle, because I refuse to hold myself to a standard of perfect. The only standard I hold myself to is the one that wins more battles than I lose. To not let one bad day turn into two; but to find the strength within to get up, put some damn mascara on, and keep on moving.

Sometimes in life, you have to take a break. A pause. A vacation. A day off. Or just a breath. It doesn't mean you are taking a break from yourself, it just means that you are taking a break from the busy life that we create for ourselves in order to spend more time with YOU. It allows you to take a step back and re-find the beauty in the world, and the beauty in yourself. And that is the best part 💯

Change is hard. Change is scary. I don't say this because it's cliche; I say this because I feel it. Over the past 10 years, I've moved 15 times. I've been in and out of relationships. I haven't been in the same job long enough to get a raise. I've gained and lost so many friends, and have had to find a primary care doctor more times than I can count. But you know what I feel today? Stronger and more successful than I've ever felt. Not because I have a good job or good friends. But because I have finally embraced - change. Despite the many times I have failed, I have also learned to get back up, and make the change I need to make to learn, grow, and thrive.
Starting this Life Coaching Business is just that. A scary change that might just be another failure; but that hasn't stopped me before. And it shouldn't stop you.
I want you to go on this journey with me. And I want to be a part of yours. I want to learn about your strengths and your failures, and I want to be a part of your next change.
