With 2023 coming to an end, I figured it was time to post some pictures from this summers weddings.
It was beautiful weather for each one of them. We were very fortunate that we only had a few smokey days in our area and none of them were on wedding days, yay!
We are taking 2024 off, and reevaluating for 2025.
I had an injury December of 2022 that hasn’t healed the way it should have. I’m having another surgery in the new year that should take care of things.
If all goes well, 2025 weddings WILL happen here!
We are going to limit ourselves to 4 weddings, from June 28 to August 2.
Our rates will be $7500 for up to 100 ppl. $20 per additional guest over 100, with a maximum of 130 guests.
As always price includes everything from tents to table settings, a sound system and a ‘love shack’ full of decor and so much more.
The yard is available to you from 3:00 Friday to 3:00 Sunday, for set up/rehearsal and clean up.

We’ve decided we need a summer break, so won’t be taking any bookings for the 2024 season.
We do still have availability for one more September wedding this year.

A few more beautiful wedding pictures from this summer.

We are still able to accommodate one more wedding in 2023, in either June or September. Our rates will remain the same as this year, ranging from $5200-$6250, with a maximum of 130 people. The venue is available for set up and rehearsal from 3pm Friday, and until 3pm Sunday for clean up.
Prices include 20x40 and 20x20 marquee tents decorated with organza and greenery, tables, chairs, linens and tableware. Various sizes of pop up tents are available if needed. 22x22 saloon, 22x24 dance floor and sound system create a great party atmosphere.
There is a ‘LOVE SHACK’ packed to the rafters with assorted decor, including vases, chalkboards, easels, wood rounds, crystal chandeliers, wood crates, signs, card boxes and so much more.
We have one acre that is landscaped with numerous photo op areas, as well a field with ample room for parking.

The 2022 wedding season is nearing.
Our planters and hanging baskets are already at the nursery, ready for planting in March and staying there until the end of May, giving them plenty of time to fill out for June weddings.
We have several weddings booked already, but are comfortable with hosting 3 more. There are still some weekends available in June, July and September.
As always, our rates provide you with access from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon and include everything from tents to tableware.

Our custom planters and hanging baskets arrived from BloomThyme Nursery a few weeks ago. They are starting to fill in nicely.
They are primarily white, with a few planters of requested colours for specific weddings this fall.
The dance floor is in the process of being pressure washed and restained.
Two new photo op areas are currently under construction as well.
We are planning on an open house once the new projects are completed. Probably mid to late July.
