Thank you all who came out for the All Black Affair Masquerade! 🎭 We loved having you! Thank you for allowing me to get creative and trusting me with your palates 🖤. It was the first event of the series for what I have in store which provided a good foundation. Of course there were learning curves through the event planning, preparation, costs, investments, time management and so much more which I am taking in and growing upon. Despite the set backs and the event not being 100% perfect, I do appreciate all of you that enjoyed the experience 🥹 All of you came out in your black fits and masks looking incredibly beautiful and cool! 😎

Thank you to all the small businesses that contributed and invested time and money into this promotional event. This event wasn’t for a profit, hence the 7-courses and wine pairings for $92 but it was an opportunity to show case different businesses and their services so thank you all for allowing us to do that 🖤

How cute and how extravagant is that?!!! DCGK and .210 will be hosting an all-white brunch party that will incorporate 3 brunch dishes and 3 wine pairing options. The menu is no secret and is attached on the 2nd slide.

This is a Dat Haus of Creole Experience which means the dishes are from cuisines around the world made into a chef curated brunch, hence Indian Curry, Creole Okra & Shrimp and a French Steak Frites. You will be in awe as your palate experiences diverse bursts of flavors and your eyes get to honor the space of creativity!

Private Dinner Excitements:
I love setting up a table. My interior design skills come out even in the most simplistic way, I love it! Rather it’s Rustic, Soft, Extravagant, Classic, etc… it is very exciting to be in a creative element from the Selection of dishes, colors, table set up, food, experience & more!

With specific dinner budgets, I can go all out & BIG with table top fires, real roses, tall candles and so much more. But for right now, I’ve been enjoying the simple table settings that still make my clients & I happy! If the budget allows, I would love to do an extravagant set up for my next private dinner 🙏🏽

name on the nominee page.

If I’m being honest, I give myself a hard time always in this business because I am human and mistakes and setbacks happen but sometimes I put myself down when they do come and think I’m less of a chef but l’m reminded that people love my work and continues to support even through any mishaps and I appreciate you all who sees me, encourages me, prays for me, talks about me in rooms I don’t know about and more.
