🚨Hi San Antonio! Here is the updated Christmas menu! With the challenges encountered on Thanksgiving, I have created a more limited menu for Christmas catering pans. *Unless you book DCGK for an in-home experience for your Christmas, then a more customizable menu and personable selection is welcomed.* For the holiday pan orders, we are being strict on the number of orders accepted so every one can have a quality experience. NO LAST MINUTE ORDERS ARE ALLOWED! Please order by the DECEMBER 15th deadline‼️ Priority orders will be the first 5 orders put in for Christmas Day and every other order will be served on Christmas Eve and will be given reheating instructions at pick up arrival or delivery.

Personally, the goal is QUALITY OVER QUANTITY so please be respectful of deadline when placing orders. Also, please be on-time when picking up your orders because any delays creates delays in other orders pick up time and delivery time due to limited storage space and refrigerator space. I don’t want anyone waiting for their orders this go around.

I have created a smaller menu so it can be easier to give everyone the same experience and help with time management. Substitutions will be an extra charge. Delivery is an extra charge.

I can’t wait to serve you all & do it in a less stressful manner and a more quality experience. Thank you all for your support and love always 🫶🏽🙏🏽🚨

Hi San Antonio👋🏽 This is Chef Diamond with DCGK! Last year I hosted an all-white affair dinner party to welcome in the holidays so this year we are doing a Diamonds & Roses Elevated Brunch🍽️ It is a 3 course brunch tasting with 3 wine pairings provided to you by Wine 210, a black owned local wine bar here in San Antonio. I personally love the ambience here, the owner and staff of course and the welcoming atmosphere 🤩 If you are a brunch lover and even more a wine lover, this is where you need to be! Bring along your besties, family, partner or coworker to celebrate and treat yourselves🍽️🥂! The menu is no secret, so you will know what you’re paying for prior to purchase.

Event Location: Wine 210 (6387 Babcock Road)
Ticket Price & Details:
🎟️: $75 per person ( 3 brunch tastings & 3 wine tastings)

Thank you to my beautiful & supportive clients for allowing me to serve them a free-style dinner. I chose a Jerk vibe because they enjoy my oxtails and jerk chicken all the time!
The menu included: Jerk Shrimp Bruschetta, Jerk Pot Roast Entree & a Mango Cornbread Dessert

We settled down the jerk heat with a warm cornbread and chilled mango cream and it perfectly paired! We had a great time and blessed night 🫶🏽Thank you Jones family🤩

It was a honor serving the beautiful Ms.Linda for her 70th birthday🥰. She has a magical and gracious spirit that makes her light shine and aura bright! Her family and friends created an incredible atmosphere of love, joy and happiness and it was a beautiful sight to see! They gave me and my sis a standing ovation as a special thank you for blessing the occasion but little did they know, they have blessed us with their presence and kindness 🥹 These marvelous people are the best‼️
