A little late HAPPY NEW YEAR! I am beyond thankful for all of my clients, past and present. I cannot wait to work with all of my 2024 couples, and I just want to say I appreciate each and everyone of you for choosing ME. There are so many talented vendors in our area, so I do not take it lightly.

A little tip to make you and your photographer’s lives easier on the wedding day- have all of your details you wish to be used in your flat lay in a box, packed a day or two before.

I love all of the different variations Lainey put together of Katelyn’s personal items. Wedding photographers that love their job and are professional and experienced are SO worth the spend. This is just one tiny example as to why. They care so much about capturing your day in the best way for you, that they spend time rearranging and perfecting a flat lay. Imagine what they will do with the rest of your day!

It’s been a minute, but we’re back with another wedding tip for your Wednesday!

When deciding what day will be THE day, we highly suggest investigate potential dates before making that decision. Does the date fall on or near a holiday weekend? What about major sporting events? If you’re from the South, you KNOW sporting events are a huge deal😅 And, don’t forget about festivals that could be happening in the same town!

It may not seem like a big deal, but these factors could affect traffic and lodging availability. Play it safe, and research your wedding date!

It's been a while since I have written anything personal on here, so here we go! ALOT has changed since starting this journey 2 years ago. We added a baby girl to the fam, moved to a new town, added a new member to the team (look for her post over the next few days), and have really been working on rebranding the business. I feel like the last couple years have been all about learning for me: learning what styles intrigue me, personality types I work best with, my personal planning style and what techniques are the most efficient, how I prefer to communicate, and the list goes on. I am SO thankful for all of the brides that got me here. YOU are the reason I am able to be making this post. It's surreal this what I get to do. I am looking forward to the future, being more confident in what I do, and owning what makes me me and my business my business. BRING ON 2023 and 2024 BRIDES! I can't wait to meet you.💗⁠
