Well well well, we didn't see that one coming!

Sol Brazileiro, the title track from our release with Breakbeat Paradise Recordings has bee included by the good ol' team at Junodownload in their Best of 2022 chart!

It's been a long year for us here at Saturated HQ, and we began making this tune right at the beginning of it - with The Fritz and DJ Lofty crafting up funky disco beats in the depths of winter, dreaming of playing it out in summer and bringing the Good Time Party Vibes to life. Good egg Joe Getz then joined the gang and helped us turn the dream into a reality, and since then we've played Sol Brazileiro at shows across the South West (including with our boi Craig Charles)

We’re made up of 2 standard dudes and an absolute champion - Joe Getz … John and I (the standard dudes) feel we should send him some serious KUDOS in the form of a socials post for all the great things he has done. When we met Joe, nearly 1 whole year ago, John and I did next to nothing towards the Super Saturated ‘thing’. Oh how wonderful! We had such a blast warming up for Craig Charles on Wednesday. Highlights include the grapes in our own green room and chatting with Craig himself. He’s such a lush dude and very supportive! Huge thanks to all the stage crew and the organisers. From what we’re told, this is the first of many with this particular event crew. Yewww!!

Wonderland Presents: The Quay Day Roller Disco is Just a couple of days away! We're keeping a careful eye on the weather, but as it stands we're cracking on!

So we thought we'd put up some FAQs, drop us a comment if you think we may have missed anything ;), big love from the Wonderland crew! ###

Q) Where exactly is it?
A) On the Penzance prom opposite the bottom of Alexandra Road, we'll be using one of the newly refurbished huts on the prom as a stage. Look out for the Wonderland signs!

Q) What's it all about?
A) You! The community and people of Penwith! It's about celebrating out lovely newly resurfaced prom and doing something a little different, all the while getting a bit of exercise in and listening to great tunes from some of the best djs in PZ!! and guess what, absolutely everyone is welcome!

Q) How much is it to get in?
A) Totally FREE! If you've got your own skates just turn up a few minutes before the start of one of our sessions and stick your name on the list to guarantee a spot. You can also come and have a dance on our standing dancefloor, or just chill and listen to great tunes in the seating area. We've had funding from Golowan Festival Official Page, Feast Cornwallall and the lovely people at NSN Electrical to make this event as cheap as possible for all you lovely people!

Q) What if I don't have my own skates?
A) You can hire skates from the Rollers Roller Rink skate hire booth on site. Just £5.00 gets you a minimum of 45 minutes skate hire. You'll need to be there at least 15 minutes before the start of a session to get fitted for skates.

Q) What size skates are available for hire?
A) Child size 13 to adult size 12, a selection of pads and helmets are also available.

Q) When are the sessions and how do I book?
A) You can book skate hire for one of the sessions from 11am on the day, just come by and see us. If you're bringing your own skates, just turn at the start of one of our sessions and get involved, you can come to as many sessions as you want, and if you get tired feel free to hang out in our seating area.

Session times: 12pm til 12.45pm, 1pm til 1.45pm, 2pm til 2.45pm, 3pm til 3.45pm, 4pm til 4.45 pm and 5.00pm til 5.45pm and 6pm til 7pm.

Q) Are refreshments available?
A) We won't be serving refreshments but right next door we will have delicious gormet eats from plus ice cold drinks and fresh barista coffee and cakes from , you are also welcome to bring your own, but no food or drinks will be allowed on the roller rink.

Q) Is the event wheelchair friendly?
A) Yes! There is wheelchair access to the prom a few meters from the stage

Q) Where's the nearest toilets?
A) The next nearest public toilets are in the park just across the main road Alexandra grounds, there are also more toilets down at the Wherrytown skatepark a few hundred meters away.

Q) Is the event family friendly?
A) It is indeed, but kids under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Q) Can I bring my childs scooter, bike, or skateboard on the rink?
A) No sorry but it's roller skates and roller blades only on the rink (That's quads and inlines for those in the know)
