Well it only took about a year longer than expected. But as of today I'm calling the build done. We have some upgrades we want to do (mainly a much quieter inverter generator) but hopefully will be able to do some soft selling in the coming weeks. Thanks to all of you that helped along the way and followed along as we built this from the ground up.

2020... I often look at this picture, I just left the fire department, my dream job in my hands and I lost it. Looking at this picture, that if this works out. I wasn't a failure. I had something to prove to my self . That maybe I can build my self back up. No one one put that pressure on me. It's how I felt. I was very depressed. I decided that I had to choose my hard. It hasn't been an easy road to where we are now. When you look at this picture you see the guy sitting on a food truck he mite be working on. When I see this picture I look into the eyes of a lost man trying to find his way. When I decided to by the truck the seller asked me what if this don't work out? I said" there is no plan B or C." Knowing that this is all I had left. Not knowing also I had more to give . Thank you guys for the love and support. There's more to us then what you know. Maybe I'll tell the rest of the story one day. We wouldn't be here with out you. God has been good to us. ❤️ ✌️ 🌶

So we are literally one shelf and four stabilizer jacks away from calling the main build done. We still have to do a generator mount but that is after we get the funds to buy a quieter inverter generator. On to health department paperwork, the wait is almost over... ..

Happy Friday! Y'all! Here is this week's meal prep menu. You can also see the descriptions in the comments.

As always:
-Dinner Meals are $45 each and contain 4-6 servings. We also offer HALF PORTIONS for $23.
-Individual Breakfasts and Lunches are $8 each, with the exception of the breakfast burritos/sandwiches/muffins which are all 6 for $12.
-All orders are subject for a $5 delivery fee and retail sales taxes based on delivery location.

PM us or email [email protected] to place your orders. Orders must be placed by NOON ON SATURDAYS for delivery the following Monday. Please let us know if you have any questions!
