MEGA Last Minute Notes-
Bring all you can to the meet and greet Friday evening. Finger food, veggie trays, lots of cakes, pies, water, etc.... The cookout will resume next year.

Raffle Items, we need them. Just check them in at the Raffle Table.

Early Setup will start tonight at 4 pm. we can use help hanging banners, coop tags, misc... all help is welcomed.

Friday early check ins will start at noon for our staff. All others can check-in starting at 3 pm unless you are driving from a long distance. Barn will closed and locked at 9 pm Friday. Plan ahead.

Saturday- Barn opens at 7 am.

Sunday- Barn opens at 8 am and will lock up by 10 am for those leaving birds overnight.

The 2024 MEGA APA Ayam Cemani qualifying show on Nov. 2nd in Norman, OK., may very well be the largest Ayam Cemani Show in history in the USA , topping our 70+ bird show in 2022. We are pushing hard to reach 100 at this year's show. there are classes for both Open and Juniors. The MEGA SHOW has a history of setting Records for breeds including the 265 RI Red Show, nearly 100 New Hamp Nationals and the 267 Marans Nationals a couple of years ago. We love setting records for the different breeds.
