Early this month, the Independent Restaurant Coalition teamed with top Chef Gregory Gourdet and La Fia on N. Market Street. While visiting Wilmington, Chef Gourdet met with the community leaders from the Delaware Haitian community.

A special thank you to Nice & Fresh Catering of Milford Delaware as well for their spectacular catering!
