If you’ve ever dreamed of performing as a professional wrestler.. you want to try a new hobby or improve your fitness and mental health or all of the above.. We’ve got you covered. ⭐️
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE TRAINING CLOTHING.
Boxing/Wrestling Training boots are advised for ankle support. However sports trainers are permitted for beginners.
Knee pads are also advised.
Elbow pads are optional and down to personal preference.

Please ensure you are clean and practice good personal hygiene before attending the session.
Wrestling is very much a contact sport. Let’s make sure we’re considerate of our fellow trainees.

Alongside Mad Dog, they promote PWL events while training the next generations of wrestlers within the Black Country. The real life couple and MPW’s own “The Alpha Couple” Kat Von Kaige & The "Exceptional" Sugar Jimmy Vice have crossed paths in tag team action as well as facing off individually in singles action over the last few years. The couples have become great friends, and this should be a fantastic insight in to Mad Dog and Elise’s journeys as individuals but also as a couple within the wrestling industry. ✅ Pop any questions for Mad Dog and Elise below.
