Running events in the Nantwich area to raise money for Mind Charity

In the past 3 years has gone from supporting 8,000 people to 12,000 people locally. An alarming statistic but further highlights the importance of supporting charities.

Thanks to and his team (Jack and Matt) at for having me and Dan Harrison at on the breakfast show earlier this week to discuss our fundraising projects.

The race to £20,000 is on! As mentioned in the clip, this is a real team effort in Nantwich - thanks (not shoutout!) to .lawton.9634 .richards for making these events happen!

, best known as the lead singer of 2006 Mercury Prize nominees, cinematic pop outfit Guillemots, has spent much of the last decade gradually piecing together a vast & varied creative universe, the first fruits of which were shared in the
beguiling Birdwatcher - a surreal & dreamlike twelve-episode audio series, available to stream at the online home of Fyfe’s production house, www.channelsmaychange.com.

Fyfe recently played an intimate show in London to announce his latest project “The Stream” - a never-ending, ever-changing, living, breathing album, in the form of a radio station, broadcasting 24/7 .. with the running order curated by Chance.

The show will be in two halves, and audience members are freely encouraged to come bearing song requests!

Earlier this month we hosted our first fundraiser.

A massive thank you to the event sponsors for their generous donation, which allowed us to not only make money for charity but also to pay the artists. Mark Phillipson, Director at Redbrick Properties:

We raised £100 taking our total raised for Mind Charities to £18,795 💚

musical journey is as fascinating as his sound. While leading local Cheshire band , Jonah had the incredible opportunity to support Indie Band The Zangwills, as well as renowned artist "Katrina" from Katrina and the Waves, during the Cheshire Show.

But that's just the beginning of Jonah’s accomplishments. Following his time supporting The Zangwills, Jonah went on to write and release his own song, "Tongue Tied," on all major streaming platforms. This track went down a storm with listeners far and wide, amassing over 20,000 streams on Spotify alone.

Jonah Shaw's musical career is a testament to his dedication and talent, continually evolving and captivating audiences with his heartfelt performances and catchy melodies.
