Can I post a profile myself?
Yes, you should ideally post the profile yourself and members can directly inbox you. However, please follow the format suggested.
How can I post my profile?
Use "WRITE SOMETHING" option, write the profile and POST. Admins will review and approve.
You may use this format. Please give as many details as you can, you may add any info you like in the Additional Info section. Share photographs or any image/icon which describes you best.

Should we inform the Admin when we find a match?
YES! If you find the right match through Two soul , please do inform the admin, we would be happy to know!
Can we find the right match for you?
No, this is a PLATFORM where you can possibly find the right match, we are not matchmakers.
What TYPE of profiles will be approved?
Profiles having ALL details of candidate as well as requirements will be approved. Adding a photograph gets you brownie points (earlier acceptance)
What do we do with members who are judgemental or harsh?
We remove them, block them and never allow them in the group again! 🙂
What comments are allowed?
The only comments that you can make under a profile are "INTERESTED" or "BUMP"
What to do when you see someone posting INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS?
REPORT THEM. Please REPORT comments which are ANYTHING other than what is mentioned above.
Can we do LAUGH reacts on a post?
NO. You will be blocked 🚫
Can we tag friends?
No. You will be blocked 🚫
Once blocked, will you unblock us?
NO. Even if youre my best friend, I will not unblock you. So be VERY careful.
What to do after posting the profile?
Check your INBOX messages. Check OTHER messages as well as SPAM messages.
When I am interested in a profile, can I inbox them?
YES. But you have to send the candidates PROFILE. IF you message someone saying "HI" & "HELLO" and the candidate REPORTS you, YOU will be BLOCKED 🚫
When I find the RIGHT match through Two Soul, what should I do?
INVESTIGATE. YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE BEFORE NIKKAH / ENGAGEMENT.
How to REPORT profiles who bother you in inbox?
Take screenshots and post the complaint in a post form. Admins read before approving, they will read your complaint and block the member.
What will we do with those who HARASS OR MISCOMMIT OR CHEAT with other members?
For example:
▪︎youre married already and call yourself SINGLE
▪︎promise to send an official proposal and you back out
▪︎give wrong information
▪︎finalise a rishta / engagement and then back out
▪︎ask for anything unreasonable
▪︎try to ask for a temporary relationship
Anything mentioned above or similar, we will PUBLICLY POST YOUR PROFILE mentioning how YOU are a CHEATER.
SO BE VERY CAREFUL.
What will we do with matchmakers who inbox the candidates?
We will block them 😤 obviously!
What can we do if we wish to STAY?

▪︎SAY GOOD STUFF AND ENCOURAGE those who post profiles.
▪︎Be KIND.
Can admin or representatives post anonymously?
No. We are not doing anonymous postings. Please ask your friends / family to post for you, trust me, that is best 🙂 ideally, post yourself!!! Lets change mindsets.
Can we inbox admin and expect a reply ?
Yes. You MAY inbox the admin. Dont say hi and hello because the admin gets 2000 messages a day and CANNOT respond to each hi and hello.
Write down your complaint / query. IF admin feels that he needs to discuss, he would respond to you. Otherwise, he will read your message and take the required action.
When will my post be approved?
If youre posting according to the rules, it will be approved within 4 working days
How can I find a candidate from a certain city / educational background/age group/sect/religion?
USE THE SEARCH BAR. We have candidates from all over the world, of all ages, from all backgrounds. Use the search bar, plis.
Who is NOT allowed to look for a partner / spouse?
Anyone under 18 cannot look for a partner.
