The BASIC PREMISE:

* Venues, Promoters, Organizers donate event tickets. In return, their events are heavily promoted and exposed to many prospects.

* Ticket Buyers then have access to these tickets at what will usually be discounted pricing and NONE of those annoying (and pricey) service fees. Most are sold via bids while some are outright discounted sales.

* Designated community service groups and charities reap the vast majority of each sale;as in 85%. (15% is retained for site, admin and credit card fees)
