Macknie Caterers & Event Planners Macknie Caterers and Event Planners provide an excellent choice of delicious and exciting Caribbean, Keep windows open and maintain your distance.

During COVID 19 if you have ordered the Home chef they will prepare the bulk of it offsite (i.e. veg/salad prep, marinating etc.,) lt means that Home Chef can get on with cooking whilst wearing a mask. We would ask that you keep children & pets out of the kitchen whilst Home Chef is in attendance. Please note Home Chef is required to do a COVID-19 test twice weekly.

Omelette sensation.... 4 eggs Spring onions Cherry tomatoes Onions 1 big dollop of Coconut yoghurt Grated extra mature cheese Chilli flakes Sea Salt &Black Pepper (grinder) Mix all ingredients together. Heat up tablespoon of Olive oil in frying pan and fry until eggs are set. Fold in half and cook until golden brown.
