A little more about us...

Fun fact: Me and Valentina have never met in person!

I have to confess that the confinement period turned out to be a very exciting time for us. We were introduced online, through a common friend. And within a month from our first meeting we hosted our first workshop!

From that first meeting to this day, Me and Valentina have gone - and we’re still going - through a learning process together. We have been digging into conscious communication and practicing our empathy skills.

... Why are we doing this?

Well... As you may have understood by now, for us it is about learning and growing. Both of us have experimented huge benefits from practicing conscious communication in our lives. So we became more and more enthusiastic about the topic. Sharing this journey with others is a great motivation to continuing learning. Besides that, the feedback we receive from participants, as well as all the support from friends, family, and strangers provide us with enough fuel to keep going :)

... Where do we take inspiration from?

Nonviolent Communication is definitely a big inspiration for us. And we use other frameworks as well.

We both enjoy taking part in courses, workshops and practice groups. The tools we use in our events result from a combination of tools we have learnt in different places and with different people.

... What can you expect from us?

We aim at supporting learning processes such as our own, by creating spaces which are meant to practice. Our wish and hope is that you feel safe in the spaces we host and that you get the chance to experiment what conscious communication is. Maybe it’s the first time you hear about this topic. Or maybe you are familiar with it, but you don’t always get the chance to practice. Maybe it’s even something else :) But somehow, we’re together in this exploration! And everyone is welcome to join us.
