A free afternoon gig where I’ll be joined by Kath Buckler Music & Kyra Norman who bring close harmonies, dark cello and a heartbeat drum. The flamenco artist who's up first is something special too. THE MOTH & THE MIC SHOWCASE
Saturday 2nd December @ 8pm

An evening of the best in emerging talent from the Falmouth music scene hosted by John Cartwright (Smokin’ Pilchards).

December's line-up includes:

MARK ARREND, whose influences are early raw delta and Chicago blues, 60s garage, psychedelic folk and minimalist music;

THE DANISH BOOK CLUB, a Falmouth based trio known for their upbeat songs;

DIDGE SYNDROME, a multi-instrumentalist from Falmouth who wows the crowd with his original tracks and old school hip hop covers, utilising didgeridoo, guitar, beatboxing, rapping/singing and his loop station;

SMOKIN' PILCHARDS, a ‘nautical folk-stomping shanty machine’!

Greetings! Sorry we’ve been so quiet - rest assured we are still here. It’s been a summer of extreme highs and extreme lows which has meant the band has been on a short break from gigging.
