BRIDAL SHOWER// with a whole lot of class. We held this fabulous private lunch for this lovely group of ladies. The Orangery was the perfect spot for this lovely group.

BREAKFAST// 🍳 We love our guests big and small and with our wide breakfast menu, we have something for everyone, from our classic Full English to Eggs Benedict with Parma ham. Our food is as local as we can get it, with meat from the local butcher, veg from our greengrocer, bread from the bakery, coffee beans from our local coffee company, we make sure we get the freshest produce available.

✨ Family friendly and with a very personal service from our team, our bespoke little venue has food to suit every taste and the best views around 👀

VALENTINES// 🥰 Join us for our very first Valentines Evening at Downham Hall.
We are nearly fully booked for Saturday 12th February. 3 tables are still available if you would like to book in with us.
Monday 14th February we have some availability if you would like to join us 🍽

Popular dishes include burrata, rosemary baked Camembert, sea bass, pancetta wrapped chicken, ribeye steak and our goats cheese tart.
Finish with a decadent chocolate tartlet, apple crumble, pan a cotta or selection of cheeses.

Tomorrow we are busy with breakfast, afternoon teas, lunch and dinner and then prep work for our final wedding of the year which is going to be a corker.

GARDEN VIEWS// From the back of the Hall, marquee and over to the north wing grounds. The longer explanation: There was originally a swimming pool here when we first arrived over four years ago but with maintenance, costs and the worry of how we manage the pool safely, it was filled in 😢 The pool was just beyond the gravel and our toilet block was once a wash room. When we first started work, this whole area was a mud bath where we filled in, excavated and flattened the ground. This was around the time we first did our sow rounds and couples had to see beyond the mess to the vision that was just that 👏 It is now looking very pretty and the bulbs Andrew planted over a year ago are coming up and really flourishing. There is always more to do and some of our trees we have had inspected have not made the cut (sorry!), as time goes by I am sure we will be adding to this area.
