To plan an intimate gathering at someones home always make my heart full. Since the gorgeous bride knew exactly what she wanted it made our job (incuding .uppal) much easier😉 With careful thought going into every little detail the ceremony truly signifies a moment of intricate elegance. Adorned with Ikat prints, burnished brass and a splendour of marigold flowers amidst a vibrant array of colours this ceremony made for an unforgettably serene afternoon 🤍

We tried to recreate the Rezon Silverware Flagship store with gray carpeting, gray and white panelled tables, astro turf and lighting as the luxury brand by celebrated five years. Very little decor was required for the showcasing of the stunning collection. Pink and white flowers along with green ferns were placed to accessorise the products. Acrylic chairs along the table setting gave a light and airy feel to the exhibition space. Hope you like the overall vibe as much as we did creating it!

A traditional Haldi ceremony that switched over to a Sehrabandi the next day. Celebrating the rich heritage and culture of India we created antique prints from South India and used only native flowers like Rajnigandha and marigold.

At the age of 20, with very little experience, I entered the world of event management. Without a degree in design under my belt, I started my career carrying out odd jobs with theatre and production houses - sweeping floors and making boxes by hand. ‘Jugaad’ therefore remains my permanent favourite word! I gained immense experience after being trained and taught by the accomplished and gifted Vandana Mohan.

During my journey I have been lucky to have met a number of people, some wonderful, and some a little less so 😅 but each have taught me numerous lessons along the way. I pride myself on being completely self-made, never giving up and having some of the loveliest clients and luck over the years.

No job is ever too big or small for me - Eventree places as much emphasis on creating small party table decor to 1000 people wedding functions.

A balanced life is the motto I live by. Marriage and children have never been a deterrent and all are equally as important to me.

The toughest part of my job is when a project comes to an end and I have to walk away from the families I had become connected to and the homes I had become a part off during planning and ex*****on. My aim is for clients to enter as guests at their own functions. When Eventree is in charge, we want you to relax and know that I am always .

A wedding ceremony conducted under an auspicious Banyan tree surrounded by tall pillars of matkas with maulis, elephant grass and brass figurines. We tried to create an ethereal setting with thousands of rajnigandha and roses hung at different heights from the tree branches. Melodious phera music performed by Ankit Batra leaves little to the imagination on how magical this setting was. This truly was an enchanted wedding with the Qutab Minar as the backdrop and the loving couple relishing every moment, laughing and smiling throughout.

Breaking away from the traditional Indian wedding sangeet, the sangeet decor was envisioned as a tropical party on a warm summer evening. We used plenty of green foliage including Erica fan palms and monstera leaves with hints of white flowers, bold black and white diagonal stripes on soft furnishings and cushions combining all the elements. Acrylic chairs were used to maintain the light and airy feel of the pre-wedding party.

Can you feel the magic? Because that’s what it was at Iliana and Karan’s mehendi and pre-wedding party. Hundreds of white ribbons hung from trees while a gentle breeze cooled the summer evening creating a vibe just perfect. Over-the-top, out-of-the-box flower arrangements, fairy lights, candles and detailed decor all made this evening enchanted.

A regal evening under the stars with cascading crystals and white flowers. We used black and gold - the strongest colour combination to give this Cocktail/Sangeet function a luxurious vibe, while guests jived to a live band creating the perfect ambience.
