Started the day with a Half Marathon then straight on to making these bad boys, BBQ Pulled Pork cooked in Hefeweizen with Wholegrain Mustard Mayo, Red Cabbage Slaw and Pickles on toasted Brioche buns. So Delicious and the run went surprisingly easy after a long break from long distance running. Now Longlegs for the frights!
