A beautiful opportunity to learn locomotive skills, how to meet a partner where they are at, and playfighting skills derived from wrestling and jiu-jitsu.

Have you ever felt a 'dead zone' in the body? Or an inability to distinguish the difference in feeling between your third and fourth toe?

Or perhaps, during a body scan meditation, you have felt a clear sense of total somatic awareness. What would it be like to move with others who are also in this focused yet expansive state?

These are the questions that are behind this Contact Improv lab leading into a jam - Inhabiting the Body. How touch can help us be more aware of our bodies, and how more awareness of our own bodies can then feed back into touch and dance.
