It’s one of the unforgettable weddings for us here at Santa Maria Events for so many reasons. First, the bride is a close friend and a former colleague. That weekend that was. We thank Human Life International for trusting Santa Maria Events as their production team for the 23rd Human Life International Congress on Faith, Life, and Family (ASPAC) held at Seda Hotel and IC3 from November 24-26, 2023. The pro-life convention was well attended by over 200 delegates from more than 10 participating countries across the Asia Pacific and Oceania regions.

“Love conquers all” is an adage that resonates yesterday’s wedding celebration of our dearly couple Drs. Eron and Dona Escobar. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

From the cancelled flights of several guests, heavy rains due to typhoon Paeng placing Cebu City at signal no. 1, and the non-arrival of the souvenirs for their invited guests, to name a few, are reasons to not push through. Yet, their love for each other surfaced above all these challenges. 🥰🥰🥰

The death of a loved one can be painful but the memories lived by that person may be reflected on the gestures of empathy we share to the bereaved family.

This came true when a dear client specifically suggests that we materialize two crown flowers that are colorful, vibrant, and full of life -- to further show that death is a beginning of an eternal life with the Lord. 😇🙏

Today, I presented my concept and planning preparations for the upcoming 60th Priestly Ordination of Msgr. Achilles Dumdum Dakay. Being the former Secretary to the late Archbishop Emeritus of Cebu, Ricardo J. Cardinal Vidal and Media Liaison of the Archdiocese of Cebu for the longest time, I feel honored and blessed to be of service.
