Consistently Good is proud to present our private dining experience. It'll be a 48 ounce ribeye, lobster mac and cheese, salad, dessert and vegetables. I will also create three different sauces for the steak as well as a Cowboy butter. Of course, there will also be rolls and whatnot. Steakhouse stuff.

The price is $130 per person, with a minimum of two people and a maximum of four. You can contact me and we can set a date for your meal.

I want to do a private dining experience for 2-4 people where I cook a tomahawk steak, make lobster Mac and cheese, salad, dessert and vegetables. I think that would be fun.

We begin our fundraisers for my three AAU teams today. I haven't sent out any information to the public yet, but I can assure you ahead of time that any money you can donate is tax deductible and appreciated. Also, if you are, or know a business who would like to sponsor us, please let me know. I have a donation letter that I would like to send to you.

For the most part, our season is predicated on the money we receive from donations from people like you, so thank you in advance for your time and commitment to the youth. We appreciate both.

We put together a tremendous buffet for the Junior ROTC for Hiram Johnson High School last night. We served them poached salmon, smoked chicken thighs, pork chops in a creamy white wine sauce, asparagus, risotto, sour cream mashed potatoes, salad, and my homegirl Wynnte Lloyd the Suga Pusha made banana fosters stuffed cupcakes with a butterscotch frosting. We also had Blackberry Lemonade and Georgia Peach punch. I think we're ready for you to hire us for your event. Don't hesitate.

So you know, for Christmas, I am making Prime Rib, Creamed Corn, Shish*to Pepper Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with a Balsamic Glaze, and Macaroni and Cheese.

I was going to make asparagus risotto as well, but then I thought that might be a bit too gaudy.

Anyhow, if you'd like a great Christmas meal without being tasked with... you know... cooking it, hit me up.

Consistently Good is spreading holiday joy all over the place.
