These are the good old days 🙌🌠

It's not just about what's on your plate at the end, it's about the process to get there 💗

After a stressful morning running around, at lunch we got the fire going, sat in the winters sun, slow cooked chicken yiros on the spit, made home-made tzatziki and watched home made flatbread rise on the griddle hot plate.

I cuddled and played with the furbaby, watched my other baby ride around on her scooter and just sat in the moment with a beautiful wine in hand.

Making memories. Might have to work on a day like this for the Social Club 💛

Breakfast 💛

I've shared this recipe before but it's so good I'll share it again 😉 when you become a member of The Social Club you will get access to recipes just like this one in the members portal 💛

QUINOA PUDDING

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

1/2 cup quinoa Flakes
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana mashed
I egg
1/4 cup water

1/2 banana Sliced

1 Tbs yoghurt

Drizzle of maple syrup

Prepare your Berry syrup first by putting the 3 ingredients in a pot, bring to the boil the simmer until reduced by half. Take off the heat and using a potato masher squash it a bit.

In a little microwave safe bowl put in Flakes and baking powder and mix until combined. Add remaining 3 ingredients and mix until very well combined. You don't want to see any egg bits. Pop in the microwave for 3 mins.

Turn out onto a plate and add your favourite toppings 💛

Thankyou Ardrossan for your hospitality and beautiful venue and accommodation 💛

It was a bit of a whirlwind stay, with working at the same time but definitely loved every second.

We stayed at the and are super grateful for the warm and comfy bed at the end of each night. Also a big thankyou for helping me on Saturday 🙌💛

I had a delicious coffee and muffin from (pictured above). My first time stopping in there and was absolutely delighted at all the beautiful gifts and clothes, definitely worth a visit when you come to Ardrossan! 👌💛

Dinner last night was at the and it was delicious, staff were super helpful throughout the day too 👏💛

A quick shout out to the guys at for having pots on hand when I needed them desperately lol 😅💛

A big thankyou to the and for the use of such a beautiful kitchen and hall setup at the . I'll definitely be back! 🤗💛

My overall takeaway of , the locals are so lovely and helpful! You guys are awesome 💛💛

So after a big day of work, swimming lessons and karate the last thing I want to do is cook. Knowing this (it's a Thursday thing) I cooked a Silverside, and if you know me you would know I'm not a huge fan but inside a Reuben sandwich it is absolutely 👌

Unfortunately I do not have any rye bread on hand which is traditional but Silverside, Dijon Mustard, Swiss Cheese and Sauerkraut.

At the moment we are super lucky to have an abundance of cabbage growing and (thanks to Michael 😘) some very delicious and healthy Sauerkraut.

Toasties don't have to be boring, they just need really good ingredients, and love 💛

It even goes well with a pinot gris 😉🥪🍷

School holidays are over! Don't get me wrong, everytime holidays come around I'm excited to spend quality time with my cherubs but there is nothing quite like a empty quiet home 💛 Mondays are for office work and since no ones home I can utilise my inside office as opposed to the outside office (caravan) when they're all home 😅

Last night was absolutely beautiful 💛 The Comfort Zone kicked off and it was absolutely delightful.

Due to some illness I decided to change our setting to an intimate dinner party and it did not disappoint.

My cup is full and overflowing and I cannot wait to create amazing memories with these beautiful people.

The Social Club has commenced 💛

Have you ever had one of these before? They are called mangosteens and they are delicious! My first time trying them yesterday, it's a good thing that they're hard to get out here cos at $35 for ten I'd be feeding a very expensive addiction lol 😍

Since launching The Social Club I've been on a roller coaster ride of emotions, from heartbreak and loss to catering 110 people for my local football club 💙❤🤍 my body declared "I don't care if you're a raging extrovert, you need to rest my dear" so rest I did 💗

The very first Cocktails and Canapes collaboration with and done and dusted 🤗
