When I start my mornings at the beach, it’s like a reset, a commitment to self, a commitment to self love! The beach lifts my spirits, feeds my soul and has me really available for the day 🔱🐬💋🙏💙🔱

When I gift myself time in nature, I feel so blessed, so at peace! Nothing else matters! My intention is to come to the beach every morning. I allow life to get in the way and prioritise other things before myself. I noticed on Monday morning, I was stressed! I’d worked most of the weekend and hadn’t had a morning beach time for several days! Time for reset and new priorities. Self. Life. Then others!!! Have a sensational day x

17 years ago on this day, Eoin and I had our first hug and kiss. We didn’t know at that point, it was the Day Out of Time! How amazing is that! We’ve been reflecting on our journey the past couple of days! The key to our togetherness has always been growing together! The beings that got together 17 years ago are gone. We have “Phoenix’d ourselves”. We stand together, still strong, and committed to continually nurturing the flowering of soul! To this day, I recall our first hug. I felt like one of those big old clocks with all the gears and things that wind around. It felt like everything within me unlocked! I can still feel it. It was one of those life moments!

Magick happens!!! Having some moments today down memory lane! About a month ago 17 years ago, I was Group Financial Controller of a Hotel Group. 17 companies. 7 restaurants. A micro brewery. Night club. Gaming room. Hotel. Function rooms and a paddle boat! I’d found a retreat I wanted to go to in Bali. The problem was the hotel was being sold right in the middle of the retreat! So it was mid June. I stood up in my office. I put my hands on my hips. And I said to God and Jeshua, if you want me to go on this retreat, put off the Hotel Sale for a month! Within half an hour, my boss, little old Italian guy, he walked into my office scratching his head. He said I don’t understand what’s happening Deb. The hotel sale has been put off for a month! So 17 years ago on this day, Sunday 23rd July, I arrived in Bali at Palpable Forgivess. This retreat changed my world! I saw Eoin Bell for the first time on this night. No interaction. However I noticed him!!

I’ve been pelican’d! On my way to beach this morning, maybe 20 or so pelicans flying together swooped above my car. Then I got a pic of them flying off into the distance from the beach. Then they all swung back and flew along the beach I’m at! I wonder what the message is??? I’m behind on my activations. And Aventurine is one I had thought I’d do today. The totem animal for Aventurine in The Liquid Crystals is the Albatross! So Aventurine activation it is! Aventurine is all about the unlimited self! Fly free!!! Have an awesome day everyone!
