The weekly menus are back! Two weeks in, and I can’t tell you how happy I am to be back in the kitchen!
During the break we worked on all the bits and bobs of “background things” which are so important in running a business, but so easily overlooked in the day-to-day. We’ve:
- Completely redesigned and launched a new website
- Tested out and sourced new packaging, including more re-usable options
- Wrote several months of new menus, drawing on customer favorites over the past 2 years and dishes that highlight the best produce of the season
- And!! Designed a whole new, rather ambitious approach to the monthly Pantry menu- *launching this week!*
As much as I love doing all those things, it still feels like my happy place to be back in the kitchen on Monday morning with , cooking away and dancing around to K-Pop in the kitchen. Here’s some of the dishes we’ve whipped up the past two weeks:
- Zucchini, Corn, & Edamame Succotash with Pasta
- Achiote Brown Sugar Salmon with Red Cabbage & Quinoa
- Cucumber Buttermilk Gazpacho
- Cilantro “Ceasar” Salad with Pumpkin Seed Croutons
- Marinated Rump Steak with Corn on the Cob & Raita
- Roasted Cauliflower with Spinach Ginger Curry & Scallions
