★ 預購周邊商品注意事項
⊛ 周邊商品數量有限，售完為止，請多加使用預購方式購買。
⊛ 「宅配」會於演唱會結束後陸續寄出，「到倉自取」可領取時間為 1 月 15 日（三）起。
⊛ 海報可加購海報筒，一個海報筒最多可裝五張海報，再請欲購買者留意。
⊛ 滿額小卡活動以現場兌換狀況為準， 單筆訂單中頌樂 TALK CONCERT 周邊商品結帳金額滿 NT$2,000 即贈送周邊滿額小卡一張。
⊛ 選擇宅配者，不含運費之單筆訂單中頌樂 TALK CONCERT 周邊商品結帳金額滿 NT$2,000 以上者才有滿額小卡活動資格。
⊛ 滿額小卡活動不適用多筆訂單累積金額，下單前請務必仔細確認。
⊛ 因系統設定，於網站購買時須先填寫收件地址方可選擇收件方式，填寫地址並不影響選擇演唱會現場領取之選項，若訂購後欲更改收件方式，請私訊希波企劃粉絲專頁。
⊛ 現場領取將依照購買時填寫的姓名及手機號碼資訊進行身分核對，請務必填寫正確。
⊛ 演唱會現場取貨時，請向周邊商品領取處工作人員告知訂單編號、出示身分證件正本及告知手機號碼，進行身分核對，並當場和工作人員清點數量和品項後，離開櫃檯恕不接受退換貨、退款。
⊛ 若同一筆「演唱會現場領取」訂單有其他非頌樂 TALK CONCERT 演唱會周邊商品，可一併於頌樂 TALK CONCERT 現場領取。
⊛ 選擇「演唱會現場領取」但演唱會當天未完成領取者，若未於演唱會結束後一週內主動聯繫 VIBE MAKER 希波企劃，商品將會無條件重新上架販售，不予保留，請詳閱退換貨政策。
⊛ 如發生收件資料有誤或其他影響商品寄送之狀況，希波企劃會以電話與電子郵件主動聯絡，再請預購者確認收到商品前留意相關通知。
⊛ 相關規定以主辦單位公告及現場狀況為主，主辦單位保留解釋、修改、終止相關內容之權利。

In addition to the Taiwan-exclusive items, we’ve also secured exclusive photocard promotions.

★ Official Merchandise Pre-Sales Terms and Conditions
⊛ The quantity of merchandise is limited, available while stocks last. Please consider using the pre-order option to purchase.
⊛ Home Delivery will be started after the concert ends. The pickup date for In-store Pickup orders will be available from January 15th (Wed.).
⊛ A poster tube is available for purchase separately. Each tube can hold up to five posters. Please be aware of this if you wish to buy.
⊛ The exclusive photocard promotion is based on the on-site exchange conditions. For each single order of Solar's TALK CONCERT merchandise worth NT$2,000 or more, you will receive one exclusive photocard.
⊛ For Home Delivery orders, only orders of Solar's TALK CONCERT merchandise with a total amount of NT$2,000 or more (excluding shipping fees) will be eligible for the exclusive photocard.
⊛ The exclusive photocard promotion cannot be combined across multiple orders. Please double-check your order before placing it.
⊛ Due to system settings, you must enter a shipping address on the website to select a delivery method. Entering your address does not affect your ability to choose Venue Pickup. If you need to change the shipping method after placing the order, please contact VIBE MAKER through the official Facebook fanpage.
⊛ Venue Pickup will be verified based on the name and phone number provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure all information is correct.
⊛ When picking up merchandise at the concert, please inform the staff of your order number, present your ID card, and provide your phone number for identity verification. After confirming the items and quantities, please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted once you leave the counter.
⊛ If your order includes non-Solar’s TALK CONCERT merchandise, you may also pick up those items at the Solar's TALK CONCERT venue.
⊛ If you choose Venue Pickup but fail to pick up your order on the day of the concert, the item will be re-listed for sale without exception if you do not contact VIBE MAKER within one week after the concert ends. Please refer to the return and exchange policy for more details.
⊛ If there are any issues with the shipping information or other circumstances affecting delivery, VIBE MAKER will proactively contact you via phone and email. Please make sure to check the notifications before receiving your merchandise.
⊛ All related policies are subject to the organizer's announcements and on-site conditions. The organizer reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the relevant content.
