So if I’m not on the job, I’m always trying new things! What goes best with hearty chili? Cornbread obviously! I tried a batch of bacon and maple syrup cornbread with and without diced jalapeno. I whipped up a little honey sriracha butter for the cornbread and I’m eating good on this rainy day!

First order was a success today. 2 racks of baby backs in a brown sugar bourbon and 1 rack with a sweet apple. A tray of armadillo eggs. A few jalapeño poppers. And a tray of my balsamic bacon cream cheese spread.

Smoking musket is now up and running. Birthday parties, family reunions, weddings or even if you just don’t wanna cook for the family is all a good reason to hit us up. Like the name implies we specialize in smoked/grilled/barbecue food but we have an open mind and a love for feeding people.
