The final week of the May residency is here. It’s been a blast sharing this music over the past month.

This week features the Twin Cities Quartet performing original music that pulls from modern jazz, folk, and more adventurous improvised music. None of this material has been recorded yet, come hear it live!!

GIG 4 OF 5 OF MR REICHERT’S A.I.R. !

Originally conceived during a residency at the Ragdale Foundation, the music for Colours grew out of time spent walking and observing the prairie landscape. These compositions represent some of Reichert’s most detailed and structurally ambitious writing, balancing through-composed material with space for individual voice. The music treats texture, space, and ensemble color as primary compositional elements.
