Hey Dunn Bridal Family; sorry for not being on Facebook recently. We had a family emergency that took us out of state for a week on top of trying to get our stores remodel done. Right now we are doing catalog orders only. Since the store is under construction we are by appointment only. We are offering 2 NEW Temporary options for dress purchases. As we know it is very difficult to order by photos and be truly happy with results when on; you have 2 choices:
1. for this time only we will offer exchanges only, if you are not happy with your dress, but you must order a standard size.
2. we will offer custom sizing for FREE, but all sales are final on custom sizing. We cannot exchange custom sized dress.

Please keep in mind that all Sales are Final. Exchanges are not allowed during normal operation. Offering exchanges for standard sizes during our remodeling only.

This makes it very difficult to decide what your wedding dress budget should be. And you already know the sales person at whatever shop you choose to go to works on a commission base and will always try to push your budget.

When I went to look for wedding dresses for my wedding; I had an absolutely horrible experience. The largest US bridal retailer, the "mans named place," was chaotic and no one would even help me (yes I even made an appointment). When I finally found someone to help me, they did not listen to a single thing I asked for. When I tried to make appointments at local "designer" shops I was denied appointments because my wedding was less than 18 months away. When I went to trunk sale shops the sales person put me in dresses that were from their collection, not their trunk sale. Not only were the dresses way over budget, but they were also the wrong color and size. The alterations alone would have cost a fortune. I wanted to find a solution to all these stressors. I did not want to see another bride go through the nightmare I went through.

We do not sell dresses off the rack. All dresses are order especially for you. We recommend ordering at least 90 days prior to your wedding date, but we can expedite the order if necessary.

We do not have in house alterations (like most major retailers) and do not want to put you in something that will require major alterations (retailers tend to use in house alterations to make more profit). However; we do partner with local alterations to provide you another local business to support with any of your needs. We even have the option for custom sizing to help reduce the amount of alterations needed. Or to help tall people like myself.

We will not make you go over your budget because we cannot. You know the exact amount you are going to spend on a dress prior to walking through our door.
