Tentative Program Schedule:
Friday, October 6th:
3PM -9 PM: Hotel Check-in and Reunion Registration
9 PM-10:30 PM: Light Dinner Served
10:30 PM-TBD: Adda
Saturday, October 7th:
8:30 AM-10:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel
10:30 AM: Leave for Christia V. Adair Park, Pavilion 1 (15107 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77047)
11 AM-6:30 PM: Games for bhabies and kids. BBQ, Lunch and various sports (volleyball, football, cricket) at the park
6:30 PM-8:30 PM: Return to hotel and refresh
8:30 PM-9:30 PM: OCAS USA Meeting and new EC formation (Ex-Cadets only) at the hotel ballroom
9:30 PM: Dinner Served at hotel ballroom
10 PM-1 AM: Cultural program by ex-cadets and family members at the hotel ballroom
1 AM-TBD: Adda
Sunday, October 8th:
8:30 AM-10:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel
10:30 AM-3:30 PM: Personal time (Houston sightseeing)
3:30 PM-5 PM: Hotel Pool time
5 PM-7:00 PM: Volleyball at nearby park
7:30 PM: Depart for the Restaurant “Maharaja” (3711 S Texas 6, Houston, TX 77082)
8 PM-9:30 PM: Gala Dinner at Maharaja
9:30 PM-TBD: Music night with Sayera Reza and local band “Studio 1971” and Adda at Maharaja
Monday, October 9th:
8:30 AM-10:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel
11 AM: Check-out and depart
