After the many weddings we have coordinated, the team concluded that weddings are the toughest as compared to what we do for full wedding planning.

Although most of the work are done, we as coordinators have to make sure the programme rundown makes sense. Hence, Day Of is not just couples handing over their planning to us & let us run the wedding day. Day Of is a collaboration. We spend at least 2 intense hours with our couple to run through & refine the itinerary so that everything flows well on the wedding day, & this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Very often, it is difficult to share the full spectrum of what a wedding coordinator does.

It may seem a lot simpler, but as much as we can, we help to take care of the smallest details that can be easily forgotten, such as making sure that you are at your best before the march-in, & we have everything rehearsed & ready before the big day.

We can't read minds; to be fair, you have to let us know what you want exactly so that we can help keep a lookout.

Day Of is for couples who can let go of the wedding coordination & trust someone else enough to take over & help. If you have a higher expectation for it, I'm afraid you'll have to do it yourself.
