To an oh so frigid, but oh so beautiful elopement! Michaelea and David came from Alabama for a destination mountain elopement. I had the honor of officiating three sisters’ weddings - two this past summer and one sister a few years ago. Mackenzie’s wedding was the final one this last weekend

Luke had no idea that deciding to sit a particular front row seat for the first day of Calculus II, would lead to meeting the love of his life… Jamie.

Jamie is a front row center kinda gal for her classes. Plus, she had taken a class in the same hall the semester before, so she was all ready to take her regular seat.

Well, Luke happened to be in HER seat. Luke, a.k.a the hottest guy she had ever seen. She took a different seat….leaving one chair in between them.

Well, the rest is history 🥰

MaryKate and Rami had what’s called a sugar rubbing ceremony. It’s a Persian wedding tradition.
For the sugar rubbing ritual, a cloth of unity is held over the couple as they sit. Then two sugar cones are rubbed together and sprinkled over them, by guests who are already happily married - to symbolize the spreading of sweetness in the couple’s life and marriage.

Harrison, who is typically a shy guy, found the confidence that fateful night at a college party to approach Bri. It was something about her- something wonderful in her eyes.
When he began to talk to her, he felt at ease and excited. It was different… and nothing would ever be the same again🥰
These two were such a fun couple!!! I love when I get to coordinate a wedding and not just officiate. It really gives me a chance to get to know them better and of course have a bigger role in their special day!!

Whitney has a background in events, previously working in the sports and entertainment industry for many years. She also has experience coordinating weddings and will be a great asset for your special day.

When Whitney is not involved with weddings, she's a sales engineer at a CRM company. She enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and traveling.

THEN they reached out earlier this year to asked if Shane could officiate again. They now were able to have their dream wedding that could be shared with the ones they love!!! Shane gave a resounding hell yes! He was honored to be asked to be a part of their day again.

Diedra decided to go fishing prior to the ceremony. Then after the ceremony, her and Drew did some fishing together. I love seeing couples truly relax on their wedding day and incorporate some activities they enjoy… instead of worrying about whether or not Great Aunt Agnes is ok with her seating arrangement. Allen was officiating it up this weekend!! He had 3 weddings in 3 days. On Friday he had Chris & Carissa’s wedding .

They love the outdoors, so Chris decided to propose while on a hike. At one point the hike involved crossing an icy river, where he fell and was hoping to God the ring didn’t fall out of his pocket🤦🏻‍♂️

He at one point just had one hand in his pocket, which he blamed it on his one hand being cold lol. He didn’t want to take ANY chances!

Anyway, it all worked out. She said yes and here they are!!! Woohoo!

to Terriann & Nate’s wedding this past spring. Nate knocked it out of the park with his proposal. He decided to propose atop the Skywheel in Chicago.
Now Terriann is a bit afraid of heights, but she rallied, because she knew Nate really wanted to go.
Once they made it to the top, taking in the Chicago skyline and the twinkling Christmas lights, he got down on one knee and proposed!!
Right after Terriann said yes, she made him quickly get up, as she was convinced he’d fall through the clear floor lol.

Jon just so happened to be a personal trainer there. She realized she wasn’t into the gym life, but she was into Jon!! Story to be continued until we get their professional pictures🤪

The bouquet toss has been around for hundreds of years and has certainly evolved over time. But it began in the 1800s in England. It was considered good luck to even touch the bride, hoping the bride’s good fortune would rub off on them. So they to would soon marry. Some would go to extremes and try to rip off pieces of the bride’s dress. So the bride would toss her bouquet, to fend off the swarm of single ladies🥰 Back in those times getting married was more a political or economic move, rather than a romantic one.
