Our open day is this Weekend!

Want to drop in but don’t know what to wear or bring? Simply what you would normally wear to the gym. Please bring a change of shoes for the mats and ring canvas, bring a drink and a towel. There are also showers on site if required.

Drop in anytime from 2-4pm at Les Mainguys Activity Centre this Sunday 5 September!

Due to challenges stemming from Covid-19, our landlord is downsizing their operations. Therefore we will be looking for a new home.

-Minimum 500 square foot floor space
- ceilings in excess of 16ft
-availability minimum of 2 nights per week and Sunday.
-ability to leave ring built between sessions or space to tear down and store.
