Lovely to be cooking for Viscountess Peters again.
Here’s what was on the menu…..
Starter: seared scallops on a bed of minted pea purée topped with roasted parma ham and a lemon butter sauce.
Main: Scottish fillet of beef served with thyme and nutmeg gratin dauphinoise potatoes, home grown runner beans, roasted vine tomatoes in a truffle oil and a red wine and port sauce.
Pudding: Lemon posset served with chantilly cream and homemade shortbread.

Who else is hungry now 🤤
