Update: Hey Hey Hey so today was so much fun working with the Jr Artists of Molly's Place we are continuing to Stroke our brushes as we focus on Our Mural for Hopkins presented by Quick Cuttz Join us on Moday (Martin Luther King Day) @ 1pm for out introduction to Hopkins series until then keep it SOULSWEET 💙 ❤

Today, like every single day we were at Quick Cuttz STROKIN' "A Mural For HOPKINS", was extremely DOPE!!

The love and support from everyone who has ever stopped by, called, messaged, honked a horn or two, shared our posts, donated, provided supplies/materials, input or meals with pure positivity and genuineness is appreciated to the fullest! Your gratitude for Molly's Place CSCAC's mission with the young creative artists from the Lower Richland Community is well received!!

To our honored Pioneers/Legends, family and friends and Legends in the making, THANK YOU!! Thank you for paving the way and all that you do, have done and will do for the entire Lower Richland Communities, Hopkins, Gadsden, Eastover and surrounding areas. You're forever the real MVPs!! This is our first gift to you!

To the parents of each Junior Artists and Assistant Artist, Molly's Place CSCAC is entirely grateful for your sharing of your young creative geniuses! Their drive and dedication is beyond compare. Thank you for becoming our first set of students. This is only the beginning!!!

Najee was surprised to see she is one of the Artists from Hopkins, SC being honored on the "A Mural for Hopkins" project presented by Quick Cuttz LLC. What's an even greater surprise is she'll be STROKIN' with us soon! 🙌🏾.

IT'S SATURDAY!!!! You know what that means!!

Yes!!

The JUINOR ARTISTS of MOLLY'S PLACE-THE CONGAREE SWAMP CENTER OF THE ARTS will be STROKIN' "A MURAL FOR HOPKINS" at Quick Cuttz (Handy Hut on Garner Ferry Road in Hopkins, SC) from 12-5pm!

"A MURAL FOR HOPKINS", presented by Quick Cuttz, honors and highlights Legends and Pioneers from Hopkins, SC. Yes, there are many that we are proud of and are grateful for that have paved the way, and are still making a difference in the Hopkins community. Your input is definitely welcome.

We have a total of 15 rotating Junior Artists that are learning, having fun and giving back to their community! They are doing an amazing job so far. Our youngest artist is only 7years old!! Yes! When they're older they'll be able to share their knowledge and skills, pass on their legacy and the stories of the honored Legends and Pioneers of Hopkins to their children!

The Junior Artists for the "A Mural for Hopkins" Project were handpicked to paint on weekends because of their ambition, intelligence, personality and very impressive observational, listening, drawing or painting skills. We have a total of 15 Junior Artists. Our youngest is only 7 YEARS OLD! Yes, they are all creative geniuses with their own style of creating.
And we're honored to assist in enhancing all of their skills! ❤✌🏾🎨!!

Molly's Place:The Congaree Swamp Center of The Arts and Culture is a non-profit organization formed to keep the Arts and Culture alive and strong in the Lower Richland Community (Hopkins, Gadsden and Eastover) of South Carolina by supporting and promoting creative expression of our youth. Our mission is to connect, collaborate, create, cultivate and celebrate by providing a deep-rooted, unique, creative arts and culture platform and experience to create, grow, and exhibit or perform. We work to create public art, produce creative arts connections and opportunities for young creative geniuses, promote collaboration of Lower Richland's Fine Arts and Culture innovators with the goal of revitalizing public spaces with vibrant aesthetics, attracting tourist, and providing a safe space for freedom of creative expression, fun learning, relaxation and networking while strengthening knowledge and love of self, the Arts, culture and community.
