Almost ready !!! We will be ready @3 pm!! Come hang out have some cold drinks & some good 🐓 !!!

Sometimes the best tasting tacos are the humblest. Take for example our bean & cheese taco . I know in Texas flour tortillas reign supreme as well as refried pinto beans and it used to be longhorn cheese in the 80’s (I’m old) now it’s that ez melt that shows up everywhere. But ours are made on Heirloom Nixtamal Corn tortillas , heirloom black beans and local panela cheese and fresh salsa casera so damn good !! Trust me ingredients matter !!! Come by and let me serve you a really tasty taco!!!

5/2 we will be popping up @threestarbar come put us in the weeds!!! We will be posting the menu this weekend!! Keep a look out!!!
