We've had a very busy few weeks at SSE HQ.

Guests who were due to attend our March Events will be hearing from us very soon.
We will be corresponding with all guests via e-mail so that only booked guests receive updates directly from us. All enquiries about other events should also be sent via email.

ALAN FLETCHER joins OZTV 2025! 👏

We're delighted to announce Dr Karl Kennedy aka Alan Fletcher will be joining us at both the Birmingham and London OZTV events! 💥

With the sad news that Neighbours will be resting at the end of the year, this is an unmissable opportunity for fans of the show to get together and celebrate with some absolute Neighbours legends! 🥂

One of the true Kings of Ramsay Street, Alan will be attending all day Saturday and Sunday, together with Kym Valentine who played his on-screen daughter Libby, Elaine Smith (Daphne Clarke), Melissa Bell (Lucy Robinson) and Jacinta Stapleton (Amy).

OZ TV is our annual celebration of Australian television and film where we enable the audience members to participate in discussions and ask questions live, meet other fans of OZ TV and soak up the atmosphere of being in a room with actors who have all played much loved characters on our screens for four decades. Our events are legendary for their relaxed and friendly vibe! Come and join us!

Melissa has played the role of Lucy Robinson since 1991, with Kylie Flinker and Sasha Close both having played the role before that.

All the actors attending this year's event have played roles in Neighbours at some point during their careers.

James Lee Williams - 'The Vivienne'.
1992 - 2025

We were shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of James Lee Williams, otherwise known as 'The Vivienne' - Winner of Ru Paul's Drag Race UK - Season One.

James was a big fan of Wentworth and especially loved one actor in particular - Danielle Cormack as Bea Smith.

We were in contact with James on several occasions about the possibility of them coming along to attend one of our events especially when Danielle was in attendance. Unfortunately due to James' busy schedule and career beginning to take off taking them on tour, it was difficult to make the stars align.

What has truly saddened us is reading through some of the comments and posts on various SM platforms following James' passing - it's clear to see homophobia is alive and well. There have been so many nasty and horrible messages posted by keyboard warriors.

What SSE has become known for (aside from delivering the best fan events possible!) is creating a safe space for everyone to come together and be yourself.

We stand by all our friends in the lgbtqia+ community and all those who strive to live their lives without fear. Be proud of who you are and never ashamed of following the things in life that make you happy! 🙏

We will raise a glass to you at our events this year, James.

Rest in peace.

5 years ago! 7th December 2019 🌟

We were delighted and honoured to be joined by Maggie Kirkpatrick following the release of her book, 'The Gloves Are Off'. A brilliant book with lots of wonderful stories from many decades working in showbiz. We also got a few mentions in the book, having known Maggie for many years and have been one of her favourite event organisers for her public appearances. Always a joy and so many wonderful memories of our times with Maggie! 😊
